Nutrisystem #31

Well, I made it to 31 weeks on Nutrisystem, I still can't believe it
 
This has been a particularly bad week for me, not so much as far as eating/dieting, but as far as stress goes...it's been bad...real bad.  I'm waiting for this black cloud that's been hanging over our heads to clear out already...enough is enough.
 
The good thing is the semester is almost over so a lot of stress will probably go with it.  At least, until the next semester starts - it never really ends, does it?

I guess that's life.

Despite the minimal "stress eating" that I did and all the other junk I've been dealing with, I managed to escape without gaining anything (didn't lose anything either though).  There's always next week and here's hoping for both a loss on the scale and on the stress factor.
