Nutrisystem #46

hey all....
 
Today wraps up my 46th week on Nutrisystem.  I'm still hanging in there.
 
 
this is my last week of the prednisone (thank goodness, cause I think it's starting to have an effect on my weight loss - gained a pound).  If you all remember I ended up with a nasty case of poison ivy/oak and the doc put me on steroids to help clear it up...3 weeks worth (!!!)
It feels weird backsliding a bit, but I'm hopeful that once I go off the meds that I will get back on track.  I'm not really worried about the weight gain so much, because it's really not that much, but I must admit that the {over}eating that I'm doing because of the meds is making me feel  a bit off.
 
Like I said before, it is what it is...if I can overcome all the other obstacles thrown my way and lose 30 plus pounds so far....I can get through this too.  Believing in yourself is half the battle.
 
 
Just wanted to share some more yummy foods from Nutrisystem.  I can't say enough how much I love the convenience of just opening my freezer or cupboard and grabbing something, opening the box, heating it up and eating.  This program is so awesome like that....it's wonderful on days when I have class and I pack a lunch to take with me.  I don't even need a microwave, I can pack some tuna or chicken salad, a roll for a sandwich or grab a lunch bar and some fruit and veggies and I'm good to go for the day.  It's really that easy and I love it.  No standing around in line at the vending places, No guessing how many calories are in that burger and fries meal....so simple - love it!
