Oh Lord, Have Mercy.....

These are SO Amazingly Good - You seriously have to make them, Right NOW....Trust me!

An alternative to S'MORES......

Stick a toothpick in the marshmallow and dip into melted chocolate.  Roll them around in crushed up graham cracker crumbs.  Place on wax paper and chill for about an hour.  Then, try to contain yourself from devouring the whole platter full.

*I didn't think of this until this morning, but wouldn't these be even better if you used a small mini stick pretzel instead of the toothpick? Mmmm, I think so! Note to self: Next time use the pretzels Yum-o!

If your goal is "to be popular" as indicated by your invitation to follow, then you have succeeded. I tip my hat to you for maintaining enough of your sanity to blog while raising 6 kids and wiping noses and hineys at work on occasion. I'm a recent graduate nurse, so I'll soon be wiping noses & hineys and poking and prodding folks! I'm following your blog. Please stop by mine for a visit: http://eastlynandcompany.blogspot.com

I tried these and they turned out great...just as simple as you said. I used dark chocolate ('cause that's what I had on hand) and when I ran out of graham cracker crumbs I used shredded coconut. Mmmm, good! -EW
