My 19th week on Nutrisystem

Today wraps up my 19th week on Nutrisystem.
Again, I didn't lose any weight this week, but I didn't gain anything it's all good.
Now that I'm back in school, I've been having some trouble scheduling my meals and exercise.  I also haven't been eating everything that I'm supposed to.  One day, I'm eating lunch at 11 or so, the next I'm eating at 2.  Another day I have more time to get all those extra veggies, proteins and carbs in there...the next, I don't.  Same thing for exercise.  Hopefully, I will be able to get all the kinks out and things will start falling back into place and make it easier to schedule things better.
Something I realized this week which was kind of backpack weighs approximately 20 pounds, which is roughly what I have lost so far.  On normal days when I'm just walking around, I don't even miss those 20 pounds that I lost.  However, on days when I have class and I'm lugging around my backpack, I realize just how much weight I have lost.  It really seems to put things into perspective, let me tell you.
Since we're talking lunch, let me share some of my faves with you (these are things that I pack up to take with me while I'm at school for the day).
tuna salad (I like to eat sandwiches for lunch sometimes, so I spread this on some whole grain wheat toast for the perfect lunch)

I think I've mentioned this before, but one of my favorite kinds of soup is Italian wedding style soup...yum yum!

Another favorite is the ham and bean soup...super filling.

I love this version of vegetable beef soup, it's really hearty and bursting with flavor.

I haven't tried these bars as of yet, I just ordered them, but I'm anxious to try them, they look so yummy and I think they might just work on those days where I don't have a ton of time to actually "sit" and eat...I can eat these while I'm dashing across campus to my next class.
